Meet the Founder / CEO

💫 About Diane Temple (Bevan)
Founder of Connecticity | Nonprofit Strategist | Technology Advocate
I’m Diane Temple—a purpose-driven leader, builder, and connector committed to creating lasting impact for underrepresented communities and mission-driven organizations.
As President and CEO of the Idaho Technology Council, I lead statewide efforts to accelerate innovation, economic development, and digital inclusion. I also founded the ITC Foundation to expand our reach through grantmaking, workforce programs, and equitable tech education initiatives.
For over a decade, I’ve been on the frontlines of nonprofit leadership, grant writing, and systems design. My work has helped launch and support organizations like the National Women’s Collaborative, Idaho Women for Education, Idaho Black Community Alliance, and Idaho Rez Rising. As the first CEO of the Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, I helped establish the Idaho Hispanic Foundation and secured over $10 million to support entrepreneurs across the state.
To expand my impact, I recently completed the Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania, deepening my expertise in hybrid social enterprise models and sustainable program design.
That experience inspired the launch of Connecticity—a hybrid platform that combines fee-based consulting services with grant-funded access through The Connecticity Impact Foundation. Together, they help nonprofits, chambers, and social entrepreneurs harness the right systems to scale their work and close the digital divide.
My work has been honored with awards such as CEO of Influence, Idaho Servant Leader of the Year, a two-time IBR Women of the Year honoree, and most recently, a 2024 Emerging Leader in STEM. But my greatest joy comes from opening doors for others—especially those who have historically been left behind.
I believe that when connection meets capacity, we don’t just move forward—we multiply impact.
